Position of Being a Leader
Dr. Ian E. McFadden serves as Founder and President/CEO for HRM International. Dr. McFadden has over 35 years of healthcare administrative experience serving a variety of healthcare enterprises including: hospitals, health systems, physician groups, health plans, and mental health organizations.
Dr. McFadden has extensive experience working with hospitals and health systems in the United States as well as in other countries. Most recently he served as the CEO for Dr. Erfan and Bagedo General Hospital and previously served other hospitals in Saudi Arabia including Dr. Noor Mohammed Khan Hospital in Hafr Al Batin. He has also served several hospitals and health systems in the United States at the Senior Executive Level and spearheaded performance improvement and turnaround management initiatives at these hospitals. He has worked with a variety of health systems including HCA Healthcare and Catholic Health Initiatives.
Throughout his career Dr. McFadden has managed and consulted on many successful turnarounds of hospital clients and has established a reputation as a top hospital turnaround specialist. His turnaround methods are focused on quality outcomes improvement as well as increasing financial and operational performance. He has received numerous recognitions from various hospitals and has lectured nationally at several universities and at several conferences.
Dr. McFadden holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Memphis. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
